This is an emergency-advisory service providing telephone advice by a nursing sister. If it is considered necessary to see a doctor you will be offered an appointment at the Primary Care Centre at Hillingdon Hospital or Northwick Park Hospital. Emergency home visits will be available for severely ill patients.
